Olive Oil

Every year in November "we start again", as it is said in the country, with the harvest of the olives. The season doesn't wait and the ancient fatiguing job begins slow, articulated only by some brief rain.

On this hills the olive trees are not so productive, but generous...and as an illustrious fellow countryman said "the farmer in chianti search before to satisfy the eye and then the wallet": beautiful fruits and healthy, but low productions and low yield.

The quality however never betrays: only excellent years one close to the other, as prize and support of so much passion.
